We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours
I believe that everyone, in the course of a lifetime, goes through profound periods of transformation that upset our bearings, to the point of questioning the foundations of who we are. As far as I am concerned, the period between 2016 and 2019 will have been one of these.
Driven by the desire of creating a sort of diary, which would later become a book, “We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours” tells the story of a whole year, lived through a witness that our era can no longer live without: the smartphone.
A real collection of personal notes, reflections, conversations or texts, meetings, photos or even synchronicities and sexting, which I have transcribed through these 240 pages.
The book is divided into 4 seasons, starting in July 2016 and closing in June 2017.
Finally, to complete the book, the intro invites you to listen to a Spotify playlist which summarizes this year through more than 100 tracks.
Not being intended for publication, only one version has been printed. I unveil here some of the pages that compose it.
